This 6.63-acre site was previously home to a motel and industrial warehouse retail site. It was redeveloped into a 57,362 SF commercial retail Publix grocery-anchored shopping center. Columbia services included due diligence, land planning, plats/variances/rezoning, site design, hydrology study, permitting, NPDES, sanitary sewer design, grading, and an erosion control plan, and construction documents. This challenging site required the great skill of the Columbia Team and the creative problem solving of the client, tenant, and all jurisdictional groups coordinating multiple solutions.
