Columbia prepared land planning site sketches for client and builder approval and preliminary and final engineering site construction documents for the design of this 22 unit single family attached residential development located on 9.5 acres in the city limits of Roswell. Columbia worked closely with the client and the builder in obtaining approval from City of Roswell’s Design Review Board. In addition to the standard site development plans, Columbia’s scope of service included a steep slope analysis to determine stream buffer widths, as well as, coordination with the City of Roswell, Fulton County and Georgia Department of Transportation for permitting. Columbia also prepared landscape and tree protection plans including a front entrance way for the site that preserved several large specimen trees. In addition, Columbia provided construction staking, asbuilt surveys and final platting for the site.
