Columbia was responsible for civil site design, landscape and irrigation design, permitting and construction and erosion inspections for this 71,902 SF Toyota dealership located on 16.50 acres in the Eastern Shore Park commercial subdivision. Special design consideration was required during grading design to provide maximum visibility for vehicle displays along Interstate 10. Additional design consideration was required for a future roadway dedication to the City of Daphne and for the future development of +/- 3 acres of the project site. Onsite utility design included 1,202 LF of stormwater, 512 LF of sanitary sewer and 1,204 LF of waterline.
